As a 17+ year industry vet, Ebony’s clients benefit from her passion and extensive training as a Certified Living In Place Professional (CLIPP) as well as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). Stephenson is a problem solver and provides a personalized service working side by side with clients of all ages, abilities, and investment amounts to make their homes safe, accessible, and livable for many years to come.

Stephenson is an alumna of Virginia Tech and she currently serves on the Residential Environments and Design Advisory Board. She is an Ambassador for the Living In Place Institute, a Brand Ambassador for Chief Architect, and has been a K+BB Magazine Editorial Advisory Board Member for over a decade. In 2020, Stephenson was inducted and served a 4 year term as the President of the VA State Chapter of the National Kitchen & Bath Association where she made history as the first Black President for the chapter. Ebony is a member of the DesignHounds influencer network and her award-winning designs have been featured in multiple national design, trade, & consumer magazines as well as a long list of webinars and podcasts.
Stephenson was featured as an industry expert on "Interior Minds", a web series produced by the Delta Faucet company. She is also a member of Alpha Phi Omega, the co-ed community service fraternity.
